Restrict Your Information

You can have your information blocked from public directory information with a nondisclosure request.

Public information includes:

name
University email
home address and phone number
local address and phone number
date and place of birth
major
classification
dates of attendance
full or part-time status
candidacy for degree
degrees awarded and dates received
recent previous education agency or institution attended

Submit a Nondisclosure Request

Send a signed request to University Registrar before the first day of classes.

A nondisclosure block will call for Illinois State University not to release any of this directory information; thus, any future requests for such information from non-institutional persons or organizations will be refused.
