Proctoring Services

You can schedule a proctored exam through Testing Services. Our services are available to Illinois State students and students at other institutions.

Request a Proctored Exam

To get started, a faculty member needs to complete the Exam Request Form.

Students will not be able to schedule exams until our office has the completed form.

Faculty can request proctoring services and submit exam materials each semester, as needed. Due to lab space limitations, it is important requests are submitted in a timely fashion each semester to ensure space is available.

Students

Students can also request a proctored exam.

1. Have your instructor or designated institution contact person complete the Exam Request Form.
2. Contact Testing Services to schedule an appointment at least 3-5 days before your exam date.
